Q Can you remove all stains?
A. No. Carpet cleaners can promise to remove all stains - if they do, ignore it, because of food dyes and other factors, some stains are unfortunately for life. We will always endeavour to remove any stains you may have on your carpets but if we cannot do it, nobody else can! That I promise.
Q Does it take long for cleaned carpets to dry?
A. We operate a fast drying time service.
Q Are there any concessions for the elderly and pensioners?
A. We have special prices for OAPs.
Q How much would you charge for cleaning my carpet?
A. We offer a full free No Obligation quote. You can either contact us with details or we will gladly visit you. We will give you a firm price. I can assure you there will be no hidden extras.
Q What hours do you work?
A. As my wife will tell you, we work anytime and sometimes it seems all the time! Joking apart, because of our commercial work, we take bookings for days, nights, and weekends, but I do like to get my Christmas dinner!
Q Do you specialise in any particular sort of work?
A. Although we clean all carpets in homes, offices, pubs,
clubs, theatres, cinemas and more, I guess our reputation was
built on cleaning carpets in schools.
Q Are any jobs too big or small?
A. No, we will tackle a lounge in a house, or an office block and anything in between. |
